R&D at Locinox
At Locinox, we don’t do copy-paste engineering. We don’t build things “because that’s how we’ve always done it.” We build things better. That’s how we design, develop, test and improve products that make a real difference in access control worldwide.
Our R&D department is the beating heart of that innovation. Here, you get the freedom to make ideas into reality, but also the impact of a fast-growing international company. No heavy structures. No silos. Just one team, building better together. Will you become a Builder of Better too?

Why R&D engineers think working at Locinox is a great idea
